Enrollment and Tuition Fees
Grade 1 Admissions – January
Admissions to Grade 1 take place in January.
The admission process is not a test, but a mutual meeting between the child, parents and the school.

Open Day – January 13
Before the admission meeting, we strongly recommend visiting the school during our Open Day on January 13.
Programme:
- 8:00–10:00 – classroom visit during regular lessons
- 16:00–17:30 – meeting with teachers and school leadership, Q&A
The Open Day allows parents to see real teaching in practice and to ask practical questions before enrollment.
Admission Process
Pre-registration (online – administrative step)
Period: December 1 – January 15
Parents complete an online application and upload:
- Completed application form
- Copy of the child’s birth certificate
- Copy of the legal guardian’s ID
- One-sided signed Education Agreement
The Education Agreement is non-binding at this stage and becomes valid only after acceptance and the school’s signature.
After submission, families will be contacted to arrange a personal admission meeting.
Admission meeting (in person)
Date: January 15
Time: 1:00–6:00 PM
Location: Grégrova 302/9, Olomouc
What we do NOT do:
- School readiness testing
- Performance exams
- Stressful tasks
We observe the child in a natural classroom environment and focus on comfort, communication and ability to function in a small group.
Admissions are a mutual decision, not an exam.
Admission decision
Admission decisions are sent by email no later than February 15.

Tuition (Summary)
Our school is registered with the Czech Ministry of Education.
- Tuition is paid for 10 months (September–June)
- Tuition covers full-day education and afternoon programme
- Bilingual Czech–English education is included
