Middle School
Middle School for Students in Grades 6–9 in Central Olomouc
Strong academics. Daily English. Real-world thinking.
Our Middle School combines the structure of Czech education with international learning methods.
Students learn in small groups, with personal guidance and daily exposure to English — preparing for Czech entrance exams, bilingual studies, and life beyond school.
Structured. Personal. Demanding.
Our school connects Czech academic standards with international learning approaches inspired by the IB.
We keep classes small — up to 12 students per grade — so every student is truly seen, supported and challenged.
This allows us to combine a rigorous programme with a respectful, individual approach that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
- Max. 12 students per grade
- 7 lessons a day (5 morning + 2 afternoon)
- 6 English lessons weekly
- Expert teachers for each subject
- Criterion-based assessment & feedback
- Preparation for Czech entrance exams
Rigorous, bilingual, future-focused
Students follow the Czech national curriculum enriched with international standards inspired by the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP).
They work intensively every day — with a strong focus on Czech, Mathematics and English.
Our exam preparation course in Czech and Mathematics supports students applying to Czech gymnázia, while English immersion and bilingual subjects open doors to international programmes.
Assessment is criterion-based, giving each student clear, individual feedback instead of abstract grades.
Knowledge with understanding
We value both — solid academic knowledge and the ability to apply it.
Students learn systematically and thoroughly, while connecting theory with practice through discussions, experiments and design tasks.
Projects deepen understanding — they are not a replacement for study, but a way to give meaning and context to what students master in core subjects.
Technology and creativity with purpose
ICT is taught using the Logiscool methodology, building coding literacy, logical thinking and digital confidence.
The Design subject develops creative problem-solving — from identifying needs and sketching concepts to prototyping and presenting ideas.
Together, these subjects prepare students for the digital, creative and technical fields of the future.
English every day — naturally and effectively
Students learn in English with both Czech and international teachers.
English is used across subjects such as Global Studies, Science, ICT and Design — not only in language lessons.
By the end of Grade 9, students speak and write confidently at a level that allows them to continue in bilingual or IB programmes in the Czech Republic or abroad.
High expectations. Real support.
We maintain a demanding pace — 7 lessons per day, structured homework, and individual follow-up with each student.
Small class sizes (max. 12 students) make it possible to truly personalise feedback, guide learning habits and build accountability.
Students learn to manage time, take responsibility and communicate with confidence.
Our goal is not only academic success, but personal growth, maturity and readiness for any next step.
For motivated learners ready to grow
Admission includes a personal meeting with the student and parents.
There are no formal exams — we look for motivation, curiosity and the ability to thrive in a structured, bilingual environment.
Admission is always mutual: the student should benefit from being here, and the school must be the right environment for their growth.
